Chaque copropriétaire est responsable de l'entretien et des réparations à l'intérieur de son unité privée. Toutefois, si cela touche des éléments faisant partie des infrastructures communes, le Syndicat prendra en charge les réparations.

Les fournisseurs de services ci-après sont à titre informatif et ont déjà fait affaire avec OPUS 7. Vous pouvez faire appel à n'importe quelle personne qualifiée.

Si vous désirez partager un service professionnel de confiance que vous connaissez, veuillez envoyer l'info à l'administration pour publication.

Each co-owner is responsible for the maintenance and repairs inside his private unit. However, if this affects elements forming part of the common infrastructure, the Syndicate will take care of the repairs.

The service providers below are for information purposes only and have already done business with OPUS 7. You can call on any qualified person.

Électricité -- Electricity

OPUS VII n'a pas de fournisseur régulier pour ses travaux d'électricité.

Toutes réparations peuvent être faites par un électricien qualifié et si vous faites des ajouts ou modifications, il est important d'en aviser l'administration pour approbation.

All repairs can be done by a qualified electrician and if you make additions or modifications, it is important to notify the administration for approval.

Peinture & finis -- Paint & finish

Pour l’intérieur des condos, la couleur de peinture d’origine est OC-57 (Blanc naturel) avec une finition perle.

Le plafond utilise la même couleur, mais avec une finition mate (plafond plat).

Tout fabricant de peinture peut reproduire cette couleur si vous souhaitez conserver la même finition. Vous pouvez également choisir une autre couleur si vous le désirez.

For the interior of the condos, the original paint color is OC-57 (Natural White) with a pearl finish.

The ceiling uses the same color, but with a matte (flat) ceiling finish.

Any paint manufacturer can reproduce this color if you wish to maintain the same finish. You may also choose a different color if preferred.

Serrurier -- Locksmith

Selon vos besoins, le type de serrurier peut varier. Toutefois, la nouvelle serrure doit avoir une apparence identique à celles des autres unités.

Veuillez noter que si vous changez la serrure de la porte de votre condo, vous devez obligatoirement fournir une copie de la clé de sécurité au Syndicat (administration). Cette obligation s’applique également si vous installez un système d’alarme.

Depending on your needs, the type of locksmith may vary. However, the new lock must have an appearance identical to those of the other units.

Please note that if you change the lock on your condo door, you must provide a copy of the security key to the Syndicate (Administration). This requirement also applies if you install an alarm system.
