BELL has its facilities in the electrical room, in front of the elevator on level SS1

VIDEOTRON has its installations in a closet at the right of condo 201; second floor.

You just have to let the technician get in the building and he should have the access code or the key to open the door to the technical room.

Smoke & CO Detectors

BRK First Alert SC9120BA detectors are wired and equipped with a battery backup. When the voltage is too low, the detector emits a beep.

Garage door remote control

For people who don't know, this remote control works with batteries.

It is very possible that after more than a year this control will no longer work. It is not broken; it requires 2 new CR-2016 type flat batteries (3 volts) -see pictures below
