Chaque copropriétaire doivent maintenir une assurances adéquate décrite par la loi et prouver au syndicat qu'il ont renouvelé une telle assurance.

Afin d'alléger les processus annuel de rappel et mise-à-jour, l'équipe de gestion a mis en place la procédure suivante:

Lorsqu'un copropriétaire a soumis la preuve adéquate de son contrat d'assurance, celui/celle-ci pourra soumettre également le formulaire d'engagement à maintenir la couverture équivalente ou plus. Ainsi il/elle n'aura pas à faire parvenir la copie du renouvellement annuel et l'administration de fera pas de rappel.

When a co-owner has submitted adequate proof of his insurance contract, he/she may also submit the form of commitment to maintain equivalent coverage or more. Thus he/she will not have to send the copy of the annual renewal and the administration will not send a reminder either.
